Blueprint to Healthy Eating is a six week program designed to help kick start healthy eating. Each week there is a different focus to help you build a solid foundation towards healthy habits. Weekly checkins along with group support to cheer each other on towards building lasting healthy habits.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach & and Personal Trainer, specializing in helping women 50+ improve their nutrition, reduce inflammation, regain strength, and build habits that actually stick.
My approach is simple and realistic. I don’t believe in diets, extremes, or punishment workouts. I focus on sustainable nutrition, strength-building movement, and routines that fit real life—because that’s what works long-term.
I work best with women who are ready to stop starting over, want guidance instead of guesswork, and are committed to progress—not perfection. If you’re looking for a quick fix or the latest diet trend, I may not be the right coach for you—and that’s okay.
